SpeakMiraa sells online services only: live online workshops and downloadable digital resources. We do not ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and nothing is sent to a postal address.
Live online workshops
Each workshop is a live online session, usually 60 minutes, held on the date and time shown on its page (Indian Standard Time unless stated otherwise). After your payment is confirmed, your ticket and joining details appear in My webinars in your account, and a confirmation email is sent to the address used for your order where email is configured. Joining details are usually available within a few minutes of confirmed payment and always before the session starts.
You need a stable internet connection and a compatible device to join. A recording or replacement session is provided only if the workshop page says so.
Digital resources
Purchased digital resources, such as PDF guides, are delivered through the website. After your payment is confirmed, the download is available from your account, usually within a few minutes.
Delivery problems
If your payment was debited but you do not see your ticket, joining details, or download within 2 hours, or before the session starts if that is sooner, contact support with your order reference. We will check the payment record and either restore access or handle a refund under our refunds and cancellations policy.
